ASJN Candidate Forum

The Association of South Jackson Neighborhoods (ASJN) hosted their 4th forum to engage constituents on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in conjunction with OneVoice.

The event allowed candidates to share their platforms; in addition, to being asked a plethora of questions by the moderator and audience participation. It is the organization’s purpose to collaborate with other nonprofit agencies, faith-based, 501c3 organizations to bring awareness to the issues that our county is facing.

There were two sessions divided for questions to be asked directly to the respective supervisors & sheriff candidates. Each session ranged from 30-45 minutes.


The opportunity was presented also to state and local candidates to share their goals/remarks.
