City Wide Roll-off Dumpster Day

Dumpsters will be located in each ward for your convenience to help you keep your property clean. The new locations will be updated about a week before the Dumpster Day. This is a wonderful service of the Solid Waste Division of our city. We encourage all residents to take advantage of it.

(4th Wednesday of each month)

Andrew Jackson Conference Room of the Warren Hood Building at 200 S. President Street. There are two South Jackson issues on the agenda, as well as several others in other parts of the city. If your Neighborhood Association is not registered with the city so you will get notification of zoning issues in your area, you can check the legal ads of the Jackson Advocate for zoning changes that are being applied for. You are encouraged to register with the city or update your contact information with Ester Ainsworth, 960-2001.

Environmental Court
(Last Thursday of the month)

at the Police Dept. on Pascagoula St. Environmental is the court where all of the code violations are heard that have been reported to Community Improvement. Residents can go and testify to the charges against the violators and speak to the negative effects on their neighborhoods.
